Monkwhy Audio Visual Animated Logo was mostly created in Maya 8.0 on a windows based system. Output as 3 pases, and composited together using Shake 2.5, which allowed for minor tweeks in the colour fields. The flickering light at the end was also animated in Shake which gave complete control over the timing and syncing to the audio. Rendered at 1920 x 1080, this took my now aging P4, 2 weeks to render. Turned out how i wanted though.
The audio was all created using some sample libraries to make the music, and the effects like the ball on the table I created using a glass coke bottle rolling on the desk then pitch shifted, and the light noise was from a real fluro light, which was a challenge as the Electronic interference caused my Condenser Mic to pop and crackle. I eventually found a happy distance from the light to avoid the pops, and still capture the sound I was after.
