The new album “The Monkwhy & Friends Audio Alliance” (MAF) is one huge collaboration between me and many other musicians of varying styles and backgrounds. I originally came up with the concept 6 years ago, when I was playing in a few bands in the local Australian music scene. One thing that bugged me about playing in bands, is pretty much limiting yourself to one style, ie.. electro, rock, metal, etc etc. So by having a band that has different members & different styles for each track, no commitment to touring or practicing every day of the week, Monkwhy & Friends has the creative freedom to just be a whole bunch of fun for both musician and audience.
Each new track will be released here on monkwhy.com along with an original video clip & Free MP3 Download. This is an experiment in entertainment, not a way to make a living, So everything to do with this album will be available online completely FREE!
